Kahn Media is looking for an Art/Creative Director to join our creative team and lead the overall creative direction for our growing company. As the Art/Creative Director, you will be responsible for setting the look and tone of all our marketing assets across client campaigns and channels. You will be partnering closely with our account and digital marketing teams to ensure that campaigns are brought to life in a cohesive and authentic way across all customer and consumer touchpoints. We seek someone who can build highly innovative, creative, and impactful programs to connect businesses, partners and consumers with our client’s brands to deliver measurable business results.

This job is a Hybrid position requiring coming into the Moorpark office in CA at least twice a week.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop a world-class creative team with a vision and structure that cultivates top talent and meets the needs of a growing organization.
- Build, mentor, and manage a cross-functional team of creatives-owning the personal and professional development of these individuals.
- Delegate projects with the use of our project management software to in-house graphic designers, video editors and content creators; tracking projects through full completion.
- Adhere to the creative department standards for production, productivity, quality, and client service
- Ensure team adheres to current processes, identifies opportunities for improvement, and proposes and creates processes and tools to support design operations
- Collaborate with public relations and digital marketing divisions in creating plans and aligning team priorities with client objectives so that high-quality work is delivered on time and on budget
- Analyze market trends, client needs, and track project performance
- Work with the creative team to Conceptualize Campaign Vision, harnessing original graphics, copy, website content, video content, social media, and other marketing materials
- Obtain internal team approvals of final layouts, graphic illustrations; encourage members to provide feedback; and respond to internal commentary and requests

Qualifications and Skills
- Creative Agency experience required.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in related position
- Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud
- Exceptional ability in typography, layout, and prototyping
- Coordinate and manage projects with use of company project management software
- Strong creative vision with attention to business and client objectives

Software Familiarity
- ClickUp - (Project management software)
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Canva

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
