  • Support the delivery of mental health treatment to residential clients in a broad role that includes taking vitals, facilitating activities and more. You'll accompany clients on outings to attractions like Disneyland and Universal Studios.

The hours for this role are Saturday and Sunday from 7 AMto 11 PM. This position pays $21 to $22 per hour, depending upon your experience. The Job
Reporting to the Program Administrator, you will join a team of about 10 Psychiatric Technicians and be responsible for providing rehabilitative support regarding the care of a co-occurring population. You'll ensure that clients and staff have what they need to follow the lead of the Clinical Director and Program Director.

To be a good fit for the Psychiatric Technician opportunity, you will have:
  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • Experience in roles involving interacting with people; experience in mental health care and/or social services is preferred but not required.
  • Compassion and a genuine desire to work with the population served.
  • A collaborative, patient and understanding approach along with a willingness to be assertive as necessary.
  • The ability to identify and resolve issues promptly. A valid California driver's license and the ability to pass and maintain a clean driving record check (MVR) in accordance with our company standards.
