Club Development Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Development and Coordination:
- Oversee the creation, implementation, and management of grassroots soccer programs.
- Ensure alignment and integration of after-school programs, academy, junior academy, and Rise camps.
2. Program Integration:
- Develop and maintain a seamless connection between after-school programs and our academy.
- Facilitate pathways for young athletes (particularly female players, to bridge the discrepancy in numbers between boys and girls) from introductory programs to advanced levels of play.
3. Expansion and Outreach:
- Expand programs to schools in Yorkville, Oswego, Aurora, and Plainfield.
- Coordinate with school administrators and community leaders to establish and grow these programs.
4. Fundraising and Grants:
- Identify and pursue fundraising opportunities to support program development.
5. Sponsorship and Partnerships:
- Build and maintain relationships with local and regional businesses.
- Secure sponsorships to support the growth and sustainability of club programs.
6. Community Engagement:
- Serve as the primary liaison between the club and the community.
- Promote Rush Oswego programs and initiatives to enhance community involvement and support.
7. Coaching role
- Coaching 3 teams within Chicago Rush Oswego
- Shadow / mentorship with senior staff and select programs.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in program development and management, preferably in a sports or youth development setting.
- Proven track record in fundraising, and securing sponsorships.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of stakeholders, including school administrators, community leaders, and business partners.
- Passion for youth sports and community development.
**Vision and Impact**:
Our vision is to create a strong foundation for soccer within the community by making families' first experience with Rush Oswego through our after-school programs, academy, or junior academy. By expanding our reach and building a robust network of programs, we aim to foster a pipeline of talent and engagement that will support the long-term growth and success of Rush Oswego.
Pay: $36,434.92 - $46,491.51 per year
