**Pelican Isle Yacht Club** Is a member-owned Private Club in North Naples recognized as the #7 Yacht Club in America and a Platinum Club of the World, with 420 Memberships, 190 Boat Slips, and an established waitlist. The Club is comprised of Members and Employees who are proud of our friendly and inclusive atmosphere, professional organization, and beautiful location.

We do between 60 - 120 covers during dinner in a short period of time and have a terrific FoH and BoH team. We are looking for the right individual to join us and facilitate an excellent dining experience for our members.

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary coordination between FoH and BH for dinner service 4-5 nights a week (Tues - Sat).
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure all orders are prepared correctly and promptly.
- Properly setting up, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the expediting area.
- Communicate effectively with servers, chefs, and other staff members to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure it meets standards
Properly prepare to-go orders for pick up.

**Requirements**:

- Must be a team player with an even disposition and ability to remain professional in a busy environment.
- Previous experience as an expeditor in a private club or high-end environment.
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation processes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Safeserve certification (preferred).
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Skills**:

- Food service experience.
- Hospitality background.
- Ability to help coordinate food orders and deliveries.
Culinary skills or knowledge of kitchen operations.
- Experience in bussing or restaurant service.
