**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate pre-employment background checks and drug screenings
- Document processes
- Provide administrative support as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or similar role
- Proficient in HRIS systems
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy

**Job Type**: Temporary

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Experience level:

- 2 years

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
