- File papers and documents into appropriate personnel files.
- Daily review of punch detail reports to ensure accurate and complete time records for all organizations.
- Maintain adequate supplies for hiring and onboarding activities.
- Maintains required postings at all locations.
- Follows and implements organization wide safety protocols and procedures.
- Ability to interact with employees and properly direct them to the correct point of contact.
- Ability to communicate with various teams and management.
- Properly document and maintain accurate employee records/data.
- Other duties as assigned.
