**SAP Project Coordinator/Administrator - Media, Entertainment, Finance**

**Position Type**:Contract

**Location**:Irvine, CA - Corporate Office (Remote - PST Preferred)

**The Role**:
Madiba has an exciting opportunity for a seasoned SAP Project Coordinator or Junior Project Manager looking to advance their career to join an industry-leading Management Consulting company specializing in SAP Solutions We are looking for a highly motivated individual who takes initiative and is willing to lead a project for our external customer while working with Executive Partners and Senior Consultants.

**What you’ll be working on**:

- Drive, develop and support business solutions in the areas of Media Finance and Lease Administration Systems
- Support a Global Client in facilitating meetings and driving project directives
- Schedule and/or Host Recurring Meetings and Ad Hoc Meetings
- Write functional specs, define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
- Requirements gathering and development of functional design documents
- Translate business solutions into technical requirements
- Track and manage multiple initiatives including integrations and automation programs
- Work with Business and Executive Stakeholders to elicit requirements

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business is required
- General knowledge of Media Finance and Accounting
- Lease Accounting knowledge for both Operating and Finance Leases is helpful
- Basic understanding of SAP Applications and process flows is desired but not required
- Experience with KLT/CoStar is ideal or other Lease Accounting software
- Familiar with accounting principals like Journal Entries and Master Data Tables
- Ability to gather requirements and translate business requirements to into functional requirements
- Basic experience within Testing, Test Plan and Test Scripts
- Experience within Automation is a plus, UiPath, Selenium, etc.
- Excellent time-management skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $80.00 - $100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
