**Overview**:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Intake Specialist. Your primary role will be to assist prospective patients with enrolling in and beginning to receive home care services. This includes introducing and explaining home care services and eligibility to prospective patients, as well as educating and guiding them through the enrollment/onboarding process. You must understand the importance of completing tasks on-time and staying organized while simultaneously providing valuable assistance and customer support to our future consumers. A friendly attitude and a willingness to help those in need are essential.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls
- Verify insurance and demographic/data
- Handle scheduling tasks
- Perform data entry operations
- Manage and maintain CRM
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in making and receiving inbound and outbound calls
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in computer and typing skills
- Ability to read, interpret, and compute basic math and data
