**Position Overview**

Pivotal and visible position within busy Project Management Department. Works with Project Managers and a small team of coordinators. Also works closely with accounting personnel to ensure accuracy of invoicing and maintenance of vendor files.

**Responsibilities and Required Work Activities**:

- Opening new project files and gathering pre-job information
- Creating and submitting project material samples and data
- Ordering materials and coordinating deliveries to shop or worksite
- Logging in and tagging delivered materials
- Monitoring scheduled deliveries
- Maintaining material inventory
- Gathering and comparing freight quotes
- Assist in establishing/revising Vendor Terms
- Processing commercial Contracts
- Enrolling Flooring Solutions and Subcontractors in CCIP/OCIP/ROCIP Programs
- Reporting payroll for CCIP/OCIP/ROCIP Programs & Certified Payroll Projects
- Submitting appropriate Safety and SDS information
- Maintaining job files from start to finish
- Gathering post-job close out information
- Submitting of Closeout/Warranty Documents

**Requirements**:

- College degree preferred, but not required
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar position within commercial construction industry
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills, both in written form and in articulated speech
- Self-starter with ability to work independently
