We are currently seeking an Office Manager for our office. This position is a full time position with benefits. Airstream offers health insurance, PTO and 401k.

Job Requirements:

- Must be familiar with QuickBooks and able to process and create invoices.
- Experience with computers and computer programs, Microsoft Office and Google Docs required.
- Must be able to process payroll and make monthly and quarterly tax payments.
- Must be able to manage a small team of administrative assistants, delegate task and ensure completion.
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
- Prioritize time and complete task in a timely, efficient manner.
- Must be able to work with Field Ops Manager.
- Experience in office administration a minimum of 2-years a plus.

Job Duties:
**Office Manager** performs administrative and office management tasks.

**Responsibilities**: Accounts payables, Accounts Receivables, Payroll, monthly and quarterly sales tax payments and managing a small team of administrative assistants.

Experience with accounting functions a plus.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
