Job Summary
We are seeking an full-time seasonal Office Manager to join our team. This job role would be yearly from March until November. In this role, you will coordinate all administrative duties and office procedures, ensuring the workplace operates smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills and be customer service driven.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for handling high volume of direct customer calls/request per day
  • Accounts receivable
  • Oversees staff interaction
  • Managing and maintaining customer files
  • Scheduling work orders
  • Office hours would be Monday-Friday

Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED required, some college preferred
  • Previous experience as an Office Manager or similar position preferred
  • Understanding of office equipment, systems, and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
