**Your Impact**

The Marketing Planning & Operations Manager will be responsible for supporting marketing operations, optimizing marketing workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive adoption. This role will support the delivery of marketing-led presentations and develop the narrative that typically involves multiple work streams/functional groups or enterprise projects requiring material marketing engagement. The Manager will need to have purview to planning, development, execution, and implementation project stages; adherence to Lowe's PMO framework; development of project timelines and resource plans; and escalation, tradeoff, and risk mitigation management. This role will support the direct authoring and coordinated authoring of key marketing presentations.

**What You Will Do**
- Manages timelines and agenda building for key marketing presentations. Coordinates input from across marketing and assists with overall narrative and deck flow.
- Supports scheduling, templatizing, resource forecasting, project financials, and providing input and justification for costs and budgets. May manage marketing’s budget overall.
- When applicable for assigned projects, ensures partnership with key stakeholders for requests for information (RFI) or proposals (RFP) from third parties.
- Recommends or requests resources to support project demands, ensures clear vision of project goals and objectives, and provides, or connects to, technical or business knowledge input for project deliverables.
- Performs the qualitative and quantitative analysis of scenarios and trigger events, planning the response, contingency plans and anticipated dependencies affected by ongoing project changes, and recommends ways to mitigate future project risks/issues.
- Builds and maintains relationships with internal customers, third-party vendors, and senior/executive management to manage and ensure the alignment, buy-in, and support of diverse project stakeholders.
- Tracks and reports on key metrics in deliverables, measures of success, financials, duration, and benefits and communicates findings to program managers and senior/executive management. Facilitates necessary executive governance processes.
- Conducts and participates in formal and informal training to continuously develop technical capabilities and project management skillset.
- Ensures approved business cases exist for executive sponsored programs. Manages risks, issues, decisions, and scope changes.
- Applies functional knowledge in business objectives, operating model, and cross-functional macro processes in HR, IT, Finance, Stores, Pro, Supply Chain, Merchandising, and Digital to ensure the alignment, buy-in, and support of diverse project stakeholders.
- Partners with cross-functional business leaders or intra-marketing business leaders as necessary to identify and manage program interdependencies.

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
- 5-7 Years General marketing experience.
- 3-5 Years Experience in program and project management with demonstrated ability to deliver results on complex, cross-functional programs.
- 3-5 Years Client or agency side marketing/advertising experience.
- 3-5 Years Big-box retail experience.
