Position Summary:
As the Director of Brand & Creative at Empower, your role is pivotal in shaping and driving the future vision of our brand's global identity and its creative benchmarks. You are tasked with the exhilarating challenge of transforming our brand narrative, visual identity, and creative frontiers. Your strategic acumen will carve out a unique position for our brand in a competitive market, ensuring it not only resonates but also captivates our audience worldwide.

In your key leadership position, reporting directly to the Vice President of Brand & Communications, you will blend visionary brand management with dynamic creative direction. You are at the helm of working with and building out a diverse and talented team, comprising both internal members and external partners. Together, you will craft cutting-edge brand strategies that are cohesive and resonate across all platforms and initiatives.

Your influence will permeate the organization, igniting creative intelligence and cultivating an environment where groundbreaking ideas are born and thrive. This role is crucial in setting the stage for our brand to not just participate but lead in inspiring, engaging, and making an indelible impact on the healthcare community and beyond.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Architects and executes visionary brand and creative strategies that elevate our brand presence and engagement worldwide.
- Champions brand consistency, oversees the development and guardianship of brand guidelines across all touchpoints and mediums.
- Cultivates cross-functional partnerships to ensure brand and creative alignment in all corporate initiatives, from marketing campaigns to product innovation.
- Spearheads the creative process, from ideation to execution, driving the creation of compelling content and designs that advance our brand story.
- Navigates and leverages market trends and consumer insights to steer brand and creative development, ensuring relevance and impact.
- Implements metrics-driven strategies to evaluate and elevate the effectiveness of brand and creative initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, articulating and advocating for the brand vision both internally and in the broader industry.
- Leads, mentors, and expands a dynamic team of creative professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and professional growth.
- Partners with department leadership to evaluate headcount needs.
- Stays abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing, and leverage insights to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to talk and hear.
