Bachelor's Degree in Design, Advertising, Fine Arts or related creative field required
Responsibilities
Develop, present and implement consistently brilliant creative ideas that translate to multi-channel integrated campaigns, internal communications and video assets that deliver on the brands/client's needs and requests
Lead the internal creative and production teams as well as external creative resources (digital and print designers, copywriters, freelance services, video and print production, web app designers and agency partners) to deliver creative in consistent alignment with the brand's identity and style/campaign guidelines
Lead and direct the process for the creation and distribution of brand creative/campaign assets, brand guidelines, logos, signage, photography, video, digital brochures, and vehicle wraps and establish SLA's for delivery
Oversee the Digital Asset Management System (Brandfolder) and all creative and visual assets (brand campaigns, logos, photography, video, artwork, etc.) including tracking, management and distribution inside and outside of the organization
Oversee the Monday.com creative job submission process with Brand Marketing and efficiently manage creative projects from Neighborly and all (Franchise Owner) Service Brand submissions from concept through completion on time and within budget

As a Creative Director on the Creative team, a typical day for you will include:
• Develop, present and implement consistently brilliant creative ideas that translate to multi-channel integrated campaigns, internal communications and video assets that deliver on the brands/client's needs and requests.
