**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Wireless Store Managers are responsible for achieving sales and service targets for their location while helping develop, coach, and mentoring sales team.

We are looking for sales professionals with the ability to multi-task, a proven track record of sales success, and ready to accept additional responsibilities when needed. In addition: You will also:

- Recruit, train, and hold team accountable for achieving sales and service targets
- Represent the store in a positive manner while providing excellent customer service
- Diligently learn all AT & T's products and promotions and ensure your knowledge of these programs is current
- 2 years of AT & T experience preferred (proficient in Opus)
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
- Inspire customers to buy
- Prepare sales contracts and accept and process payments from customers
- Answer customers’ iqueries or concerns
- Provide advice to customers regarding all of AT & T's products and services
- Advises customers on utilization and care of merchandise and products.
- Maintain sales records for inventory control
- Assist in display of merchandise and overall store presentation.
- Handle all returns courteously and professionally
- Adhere to loss prevention and inventory control standards and all of AT & T's policies and procedures
- Prospect for new customers by making calls, visiting customers, dropping off flyers
- Must be able to pass background check

**PAY RATE: BASE + COMMISSION**

Education/ Experience Requirements

High School diploma, AA preferred
- 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment preferred
- 2 years of wireless experience ( AT & T experience preferred )

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds
- Ability to bend, squat and stretch for purposes of inventory and stocking
- Requirement to stand for long periods of time in order to provide the best customer service (unless accommodations are required/requested for an employee under the ADA)
