We are hiring an experienced and reliable Quality Control Supervisor in the property management industry with strong worth ethic, integrity, as well as company loyalty and a great attitude. This employee will be joining our Phoenix region, adding value to our property and compliance inspections by providing excellent customer service to multiple manufactured housing communities.

**Prior experience and skills should include**:

- Residential property management a plus
- Rent Manager or similar software experience a plus
- Computer Knowledge
- General Phone Technology Knowledge
- Organized and punctual
- Attention to detail
- Must be able to work efficiently under pressure
- Must be able to multitask and work independently
- Needs to be able to work strongly with a team
- MUST know how to operate a smartphone ( Android or iPhone)

**Education and General Requirements**:

- High School Diploma or Equivalent

**Responsibilities include, but not limited to**:

- Conduct all community property and compliance inspections
- Participate in inspections for move-ins and move-outs
- Assist with New Home Installs
- Communicate directly with office staff on property issues or needs
- Monitors cleanliness of property grounds and landscaping
- Receive and complete assigned service issues
- Supports administrative functions and multiple locations

**Job Type**:Full-time

- 8-4 or 9-5

**Requirements**:Reliable vehicle; will be required to travel to other community sites. Complete and pass a background check including a drug screening. Driver's License and clean driving record.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
