Position Compensation Range:
$125,000.00 - $212,000.00

Primary Accountabilities
- Creates a collaborative, performance-driven work environment by facilitating and fostering trust, transparency, and inclusion. Works with team members to set clear goals, provide feedback, perform performance assessments, and support on-going development.
- Leads with influence and expertise. Actively contributes to division or department leadership team. Communicates and supports organization mission, vision, values, policies, and practices.
- Leads with a continuous improvement approach and recommends actions to improve premium volume growth and profitability.
- Leads implementation of product development or product management changes. Includes other corporate stakeholders for opportunity identification, enterprise service linkage, vendor management and research.
- Oversees product research and insights gathering and analysis including competitive intelligence, customer empathy, develop pricing models and analysis and innovation methodology.
- Manages the analysis of business results, external market dynamics and other data sources to assess trends and develop actionable insights and recommendations to address business issues.
- Responsible for communication and delivery of reporting and financial model results to business partners, supporting socialization and adoption of analysis results into business activities and decisions.

Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements
- Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
- Demonstrated experience analyzing and interpreting facts and data, including financial information, in a way that can lead to actionable conclusions.
- Demonstrated experience communicating to a variety of audiences to review findings, arguments, options, risks, benefits, and other issues in a frame of reference that the audience can understand.
- Demonstrated experience in driving to results in one or more of the following areas: sales, product lines, claims, or other core business functions.
- Demonstrated experience managing and leading large complex projects or programs with a cross-divisional impact toward intended results.
- Demonstrated effective experience leading people or projects.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of root cause analysis and processes.
- Demonstrated experience developing insurance product strategies.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in product management and/or development with a focus on profit and loss.
- Solid knowledge and of market research and marketplace and regulatory trends.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of product design and product management.
- Solid knowledge of and experience with advanced financial and data analysis techniques.
