Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Plan and organize community marketing events to enhance our visibility in the community and generate new relationships and business opportunities.
- Establish and maintain relationships w/ referral sources, including hospital case managers, skilled nursing/rehab facilities, home health agencies, hospice agencies, and physician's.
- Conduct interviews for staff at all three of the Graystone facilities (Altoona, Bellmeade, and Huntingdon).

**Requirements**:

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a diverse team
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of local community resources and services

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday (some weekends depending on planning of events)

**Education**:

- High school or equivalent (required)

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Altoona, PA 16602: Relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location: In person

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
