**Key** **Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent from specialty residency programs nationwide.
- Plan and coordinate university recruitment events, including career fairs, information sessions, and networking events.
- Collaborate with university faculty, staff, and student organizations to build relationships and promote our company as an employer of choice.
- Deliver engaging presentations and workshops to educate residents about our company, culture, and career opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in university recruiting and talent acquisition.
- Maintain and monitor spending on events compared to plan to ensure budget is maintained

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in university recruiting, campus relations or similar, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong events planning and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple events simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong sense of accountability and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel frequently 70% to universities and events across the US.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot
