**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Tasks may include, but are not limited to:

- Schedule patient visits according to protocol requirements and timelines
- Possesses a thorough understanding of the study protocol(s) and can answer all questions pertaining to the study posed during the phone screening process
- Compiles recruiting materials for radio, television, and other printed advertising
- Responsible for updating social media, including Facebook, Instagram, and other appropriate media
- Organizes and maintains all records required for recruitment for all clinical research studies
- Attend all necessary meetings including study start up, advertising, and staff meetings
- Maintains confidentiality of patient and/or protocol issues as appropriate and as bound by Confidentiality Agreements with AICR, between AICR and sponsors, and between AICR and other entities
- Complies with all HIPAA regulations
- Attends required training courses/conferences to stay abreast of current and changing federal regulations and AICR policies
- Pursues educational opportunities to increase knowledge of the research process and associated rules and regulations governing clinical research
- Performs all duties in a safe and prudent manner
- Must be moral and ethical in decision-making and during interaction with patients, sponsor and IRB representatives, physicians, and other staff
- Able to independently manage workflow
- Must be able to prioritize quickly and appropriately
- Ability to multi-task
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Maintains ongoing communication with Director of Research, Principal Investigator/Sub-Investigator, other study personnel and sponsor/CRO per AICR SOPs and as deemed necessary
- Other duties as assigned

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:

- Associate or Bachelor Degree preferred
- At least two (2) years of previous research experience and/or clinical experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently or on a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite & Adobe Acrobat Pro
