Regular office hours are 730a-430p Monday-Thursday and 7a-1pm on Fridays.

**Job Description Overview**:
The Data Entry Assistant is responsible for proofing orders as entered by our Order Entry Specialists (OES) to ensure accuracy of orders and timely customer acknowledgment delivery. The Data Entry Assistant also serves as the receptionist at the main office location.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review printed order against Agility order to verify accuracy
- Notify OES of discrepancies
- Appropriately account for any re-mans associated with orders
- Send customer acknowledgement once order is proofed and approved
- Answer general questions from callers and visitors
- Greet visitors and notify internal team members of appointment arrivals or collect information from visitor to forward to internal team members
- Assist DES as needed
- Train on all order entry process with goal of being fulling equipped to function as OES in future
- Other duties as assigned

**Job Requirements for Data Entry Assistant**:

- Previous administrative, data entry or office experience preferred but not required
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred but not required
- Understanding of Building Materials preferred but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer use
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Professional demeanor and accountability
- Ability to work in an open office environment

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to work from a desk station in a sitting position for extend period of time
- Work in an open environment and maintain concentration in a busy and noisy space
- Ability to lift and move 5-20 lbs if needed

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
