Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a key role in recruiting talents for our warehouse facilities, supporting the HR department, and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about HR and wants to make a significant impact within the organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent, especially for the warehouse environment
- Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a seamless onboarding experience
- Administer various HR programs, such as performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and succession planning
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies and procedures
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and initiatives
- As needed, provide general administrative support to the senior management team

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse recruiting, staffing, human resource, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Experience in recruiting platforms (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations
- Ability to travel to different facilities to conduct recruiting activities

Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in People Operations, Human Resources, or related fields
- Experience in chemical manufacturing industry

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
