**QUALITY & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT LEADER**:
We are seeking an experienced Quality and Continuous Improvement Leader to drive the execution of Anguil Environmental Systems improvement initiatives designed to enhance our approach to Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QDC) to exceed our customers’ expectations. The position will assist in the identification and proliferation of company best practices and will be responsible for the support of an operational excellence culture throughout all company operations with emphasis on sustainable development.

**BRIEF DESCRIPTION**

Fundamental duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Lead, coach, and direct the work of the Quality Department.
- Design and deploy the strategic and tactical approach to creating a QCD culture in support of the strategic plan and business operating plan, with focus on Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Installation, and Commissioning.
- Assist in designing new procedures and methods for operational processes through the creation of functional playbooks & standard operating procedures.
- Develop and deploy the Voice of the Customer (VOC) to Critical to Quality (CTQ) Requirements for all functional areas.
- Own the development and deployment of the KPI flowdown for the company across all functions with emphasis on monthly executive scorecard and weekly indicators.
- Work with leaders to identify, modify, and sustain desired business changes to reduce waste and improve efficiencies, utilizing project charters and deliverables.
- Mentor employees to realize benefits from all Continuous Improvement initiatives and act as a change agent to the organization.
- Drive Root Cause Corrective Actions (RCCA) initiatives to both reduce and eliminate repetitive problems.
- Lead projects and initiatives from idea generation to tactical execution. Provide strategic insight and evaluation of the company’s progression.
- Oversee the establishment and rigorous enforcement of Quality Assurance protocols to minimize variance and ensure product/service consistency.
- Develop, monitor, and report on key quality indicators to drive performance and identify areas of improvement.
- Be the customer advocate for Enterprise Quality at Anguil.

**REQUIRED SKILLS**
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in operations, engineering, and field service
- Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification with proven track record of results
- Experience guiding team progress for Quality & CI projects/programs
- Must have thorough understanding of cycle time reduction, waste reduction, yield improvement (First Pass Yield), productivity and throughput improvement
- Hands-on experience using Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement methods (LEAN, TPM, TQM, Problem Solving, Value Stream Mapping)
