**Position Summary**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage outreach events and sessions to appropriate audiences.
- Strategize, plan, and develop key outreach messages and assets.
- Translate outreach objectives into clear creative strategies.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary project teams.
- Lead and direct outreach methods and initiatives.
- Ensure communication and brand standards are met.
- Review work, troubleshoot, and provide feedback to the outreach team.
- Oversee and manage outreach materials and distribution across the state.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Competencies**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Solid knowledge of event planning.
- Ability to evaluate choices critically, with the school’s brand and creative in mind.
- Ability to communicate outreach strategies and options clearly.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Work Environment**

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment, such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
**Physical Demands**

Requires the ability to lift, squat, sit, bend, and/or stand as necessary. Ability to travel to other sites/locations as needed.

**Required Education and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, or related field.
- 15-plus years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, OnBase, PowerSchool, and Digital Sign Software.

**Additional Eligibility Qualifications**
- Valid PA Driver’s License
- Appropriate Automobile Insurance Coverage
