Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching swimming techniques and water safety to students of all ages and skill levels. If you have a passion for swimming and enjoy working with people, we would love to hear from you.

**Duties**:

- Conduct swim lessons in a safe and supportive environment
- Teach proper swimming techniques, including strokes, breathing, and floating
- Provide instruction on water safety and drowning prevention
- Assess students' abilities and adjust lesson plans accordingly
- Create a positive and engaging learning atmosphere
- Monitor students' progress and provide feedback for improvement
- Ensure the safety of all participants during lessons
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool area

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in physical education, sports coaching, or related field
- Lifeguard certification preferred but not required
- Experience working with students of various ages and skill levels
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage student behavior in a group setting
- Knowledge of different swimming strokes and techniques
- Ability to educate and motivate students to achieve their swimming goals
- Familiarity with other sports such as basketball, cheerleading, or karate is a plus

Note: All positions at our company are paid positions.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $14.52 - $14.87 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 20 per week
