**What You’ll Do**:

- Complete assigned analysis projects with supervisor support.
- Define data requirements; gather and clean data.
- Perform necessary analysis using the appropriate analytical tools and statistical techniques to combine, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in dataset.
- Merge, scrub, and transform confidential client data for use with several internal database sources.
- Perform quality control on analysis; identify and fix issues to achieve a high-quality final product.
- Clearly communicate analyses to leaders by summarizing assumptions, process, and results

via prepared content using platforms such as Excel, Tableau, and PowerPoint
- Create and execute custom reporting for internal management and client needs.
- Learn core relevant datasets; expand knowledge of both the schema of the datasets and the context of the data itself.
- Assist with QA of data and processes as needed.
- Create and maintain database tables to serve reporting needs.
- Set up custom screening criteria for clients.
- Complete ad hoc data requests using SQL.
- Document new processes.
- Expand technical and industry expertise.

**Who You Are**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business intelligence, statistics, management information systems, economics, computer science, or a related field; or an equivalent combination education and experience.
- Two plus (2+) years of experience as a data analyst working with large amounts of data.
- Experience using statistical or visualization packages for analyzing datasets (e.g., Tableau or comparable).
- Understanding of data mining and statistical analysis.
- Understanding of relational databases; strong SQL query writing ability; proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information.
- Strong attention to detail with a high-level of accuracy.
- Ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently with a high initiative and a sense of accountability and ownership.
- Strong problem solving and organization skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain collaborative working relationships across departments and teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
