Key Responsibilities
Work closely with various teams to understand business problems and provide data-driven solutions. Develop complex decision-making systems and internal visualization tools to facilitate data-driven decisions. Analyze data to identify key drivers of business performance, including multi-touch attribution and media mix modeling efforts. Present results and findings to business partners.
Requirements
PhD in Economics, Operations Research, Marketing Science, or related fields. M.S. in related field with 5+ years experience applying econometric models to business. Strong background in statistics, econometrics, operations research, or quantitative marketing. Expert R/Python programmer with proficiency in SQL and other languages important to the ETL data pipeline. Ability to share results with a non-technical audience and manage multiple projects on a tight schedule. Advocate and practitioner of version control and reproducible code.
