Sales Operations Assistant

**Position Summary**: Under the direct supervision of the Sales Operations/Key Accounts Manager, this position provides **administrative/logistic support to our sales representatives **as well as various departments within the organization, such as Product and Marketing departments.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Maintain Consignment and other special program contracts.
- Process requests from sales representatives, such as order status, tracking information, promotional information, and item statuses.
- Coordinate Key Account Assortment Changes and process Daily Orders.
- Meeting Prep for Key Accounts, including generating must pull lists, building sample bags, and maintaining Assortment information.
- Routinely audit and verify information on Tura’s Sales platforms.
- Assist with Trade Show and Convention prep.
- Sales Support for over 100 Independent Sales Rep throughout the US and Canada.
- Other clerical and administrative duties as assigned by the Sales Operations Manager.

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle a variety of clerical/administrative functions and multitask.
- Ability to organize administrative workload and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in the use of computer and related office equipment.
- Must be able to work independently as well as with a team.
- Attention to detail.
- Must be able to meet the requirements of the Tura, Inc., attendance policy.

**Education and Experience**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in providing clerical and administrative support to an external sales force is helpful but not required.

**Physical Requirements**: The work is generally sedentary, but infrequently requires lifting and carrying approximately 20 pounds. Duties involve some walking, standing, reaching, bending and stooping.

**Hours of Work**: Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

**FLSA Status**: Nonexempt; **This is not a sales representative position.**
