**Responsibilities**:

- The program consists of facilitated real-life and classroom learning designed to expose participants to key business functions such as:

- Process Development, Improvement, and Documentation
- Training Methods and Learning Styles
- Project Management Skills
- Start-up and Acquisition Exposure
- Data Management and Integrity
- Soft Skill Development and Enhancement
- You will additionally have the opportunity to network with other University hires across the country, hear from key business leaders (Sales, Engineering, IT, HR, etc), and participate in leadership development cohort experience.

Qualifications:

- Travel up to 70%
- Recently completed Bachelor’s degree within the last year (Preferred majors: Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
- Extracurricular activities that illustrate leadership
- Previous employment or internship experience in a related field is a plus
- Ability to make independent decisions; work well in a team environment, customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and a positive attitude required
- Ability to remain flexible and responsive when faced with multiple urgent requests
- Goal oriented, results driven, and assertive
