In this fast-paced, high-energy environment where providing the ultimate guest service is essential, how do we ensure all of our Players Club guests are happy with our service? As a Players Club Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that Potawatomi Casino Hotel delivers While carrying out the job duties listed below, you will contribute to our continued success by demonstrating unsurpassed guest service, a high level of integrity and ethical standards, and personal and professional dedication to our mission, vision, and values.

**Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential Functions)**
- Develop and direct Players Club operations in accordance with established company policies, budgets, procedures and specifications.
- Carry out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing and hiring; training team members; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining team members; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Facilitate the flow of information, by organizing and presiding over regularly scheduled meetings with all Players Club team members.
- Assist in developing and maintaining departmental budget.
- Ensure a maximum level of guest satisfaction in the Players Club is achieved.
- Held accountable, to a high degree, for maintaining accurate and thorough departmental records and reports.
- Decide the outcome of customer disputes when an appropriate resolution cannot be reached by a department Supervisor.
- Attend meetings as a source of knowledge regarding the participation of Players Club team members in upcoming promotions.
- Maintain an adequate stock of supplies for use in the Players Club booths, as well as Players Club related printed material, such as brochures for the Casino.
- Establish, update, implement and ensure full compliance with departmental Internal Controls, policies, procedures, regulations and objectives.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Job Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing from four-year college or university, and three (3) to five (5) years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of three (3) years combination of marketing sales, customer service and casino experience required.
- Minimum of two (2) years progressive supervisory/managerial experience.
- Ability to meet deadlines, possess integrity, confidentiality, and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Ability to communicate effectively before groups of guests or team members of organization.
- Office skills, ability to use standard office equipment and computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Power Point. Patron management software experience preferred.
- Must have a good knowledge and understanding of the gaming industry and keep abreast of industry trends..
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, legal contracts and financial documents.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms. Employee must be able to operate a personal computer. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk, climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

**Working Conditions**

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. When on the casino floor the noise levels increase and it is not smoke free.
