**The Steward/Prep Cook is responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen, including washing kitchen wares, managing waste, and ensuring all surfaces and floors are hygienic.** This role supports kitchen operations through basic food preparation tasks, organizing raw ingredients, and assisting with inventory management of supplies and equipment. Safety is a priority, with the steward/prep cook handling chemical supplies carefully, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a hazard-free environment. This position is essential for the smooth running of the kitchen, aiding the culinary team in providing high-quality service to club members.
