**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and organize the Influencer Manager's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Execute typical personal assistant duties including but not limited to managing correspondence, running errands, and coordinating household tasks.
- Capture photos and videos during events, shoots, or day-to-day activities, adhering to brand guidelines and aesthetic preferences.
- Edit photos and videos using software tools as necessary, ensuring a consistent and polished visual representation.
- Coordinate grocery shopping and other personal errands as required, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to assist in various tasks.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and legal requirements in all aspects of the role.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
