Madison, United States BMOC Inc Full time

Oversee a team of Property Managers (who each manage a property and/or small portfolio)
- Resolve/mediate resident(s) conflicts on an escalation basis (in support of the staff)
- Assist in the on-going development of best practices
- Work is based out of the corporate office in downtown Madison, Wisconsin
- Travel, Visit, Inspect properties on a regular basis, usually two or three times a week. Most of the portfolio is in the immediate Madison area.
- May directly oversee a small portfolio of properties.
- Property Management software experience (Entrata especially) is preferred.
- Perform other duties as assigned

BMOC is a multi-family and student housing management firm that was started in 1985 by President/CEO Bill Levy in beautiful Madison, Wisconsin. BMOC has grown and evolved over the years and now manages properties for firms across the region.
