Perhaps we may be your choice. **Job Skills / Requirements** **Area Manager** Job duties include: * oversight of the daily maintenance of the facility * direct supervision of the cleaning staff * initial and ongoing training of staff * managing multiple buildings * ordering supplies * managing labor and supply budgets * conducting quality control inspections * developing and maintaining professional working relationships with building contacts Our Managers typically works 2nd shift, Monday through Friday. Flexibility to be available 1st shift and on the weekends is required.
