- **Field Supervisor Job Summary**:_
You must possess strong communication and leaderships skills as well as the ability to resolve workplace issues effectively. The Field Supervisor will guide, train, and assist their team members and is highly motivated to help our company fulfill its larger mission.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 2 years of industry experience
- Certified Operators License preferred
- Process Improvement, Decision Making, Managing Processes, Staffing, Planning, Analyzing Information, Developing Standards, Emphasizing Excellence
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both written and verbal
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office programs
**Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
- Supervising a team of Residential Pest Control Professionals
- Routing in PestPac and management of schedules
- Manage and approve payroll hours
- Monitoring techs with GPS for accuracy
- Answering Add Calls in a timely fashion
- Field Training of Service Professionals
- Conducting weekly meetings/training for Service Professionals
- Quality Assurance checks
- Inventory control and distribution
- Fill in for field techs when coverage is needed
- Equipment and Vehicle inspections
- Writing and conducting employee reviews
- Problem-solving and complaint resolution/working directly with employees and customers
- Be able to distinguish WDO’s
- Manage fleet maintenance schedule and uphold safety procedures
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Pest Control
- At least 21 years of age
- Have a valid Florida driver's license with mínimal moving violations
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- Have a HS Diploma or equivalent

**Supervisory Responsibility**:
This position has direct supervisory responsibilities.

This is a full-time position. Some Saturdays may be required.

Local daily travel within the assigned territory.
**Physical Requirements**:
- Must be able to lift to 50 pounds at a time with or without assistance
- May require long periods of walking, standing, kneeling, bending, stooping
- May require long periods of driving
