**Brief overview of Responsibilities**

Overall responsibilities and time allocation will change over time to meet the needs of the practice.

**40% Financial Plan development and Data Analysis**

With use of provided software, you will work closely with advisors and clients to analyze and build out financial plans from client data. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining multiple business and client reports to ensure efficiency, along with completing pre and post meeting documentation within compliance parameters.

**60% Client Care**

Use written and verbal communication skills to build relationships with clients, as well as other stakeholders. Through consistent calendaring and scheduling, you will drive business growth and help clients toward their financial goals while ensuring documentation deadlines are adhered to. Provide additional support to office team members, and participate in client or corporate related events.

**Required Qualifications**

This role demands a detailed and analytical mindset, with excellent communication and time management skills. Having the ability to adapt to new systems, with a strong focus toward both individual and Practice growth. It is important to have a positive attitude and sincere willingness to support your team.

The ability to achieve Federal and State Securities and Insurance licensing (SIE exam, Series 7, State securities agent registration (S66), Life, Accident, and Health licenses & Variable Contracts) during employment is required.

**Education and Other Designations**:
College degree or higher.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $89,000.00 per year
