**We are looking for a detail-oriented, motivated, team player and go-getter Quoting Specialist. If you have what it takes for this job, then we want you in our team**

**Essential Duties**:

- Obtain material requirements from technicians
- Verify parts are in the unit manual
- Entering information in Quantum
- Research market price for components
- Create quote to send to customer service
- Review market price on quote is within the market range
- Work with quoting and purchasing team
- Think outside the box for solutions
- Timely and accurately input supply costs and pricing updates into the quoting and operations system
- Monitor expired pricing and request price updates from vendors.

**Skills, Experience & Requirements**:

- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Past experience in aviation purchasing/quoting or aviation related field.
- Comfort with database driven enterprise system (Quantum).
- Ability to professionally interact with others at all levels across the organization.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A high level of interpersonal communication skills and the ability to engage with a variety of departments and understand their needs.
- Identify potential problems, present alternatives, and propose solutions.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced, changing environment and be detail oriented.
- Strong Microsoft Excel, MS Office, Outlook capabilities a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
