**Key Responsibilities**
- Serve in an execution role to support build out of analytics-driven solutions and reporting which enhance our stakeholders’ decision making.
- Deliver robust risk analytics and insights leveraging various types of data analysis (e.g., descriptive, factor, diagnostic, etc.)
- Analyze large and complex datasets and build sophisticated risk driven analysis to help implement a culture of risk reduction.
- Produce innovative and strategic dashboarding that promotes decision making to advance the team’s mandate.
- Present your findings in a manner which is polished and easily understood by Operational Risk and business professionals at all levels.

**Qualifications**:

- 7+ years of Banking, Finance, or related consulting experience with a focus on data analysis or data science is preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills, with experience in various programming languages and/or analytical packages
- A penchant for story telling using data and visualizations to socialize findings and insights to key executives and stakeholders.
- Excellent project management skills, communication, teamwork, people skills and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
- The ability to prioritize effectively on projects and the skills to adapt quickly to new challenges and concepts.
- A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within and across project teams, functional and business units.
- Well-developed listening skills and a strong ability to engage at the management level.
- Ability to understand and operate successfully in a complex, heavily matrixed corporate environment.

**Education**:

- Degree in finance, accounting, analytics, operations research, statistics, mathematics, or related data science or finance / economics with relevant work experience. Master’s degree preferred.
