**THE POSITION**:
**DESCRIPTION OF WORK**:
In this role, you will maintain administrative processes and support the needs of staff and management in the Office of Operational Excellence (OpEx). You will serve as the liaison to the Health and Human Services (HHS) Human Resources Delivery Center on behalf of OpEx, and work with human resources staff to fill vacancies, resolve labor relations issues, and serve as a point of contact to OpEx staff when questions about human resource issues arise.

You will monitor costs for OpEx and coordinate the ordering and distribution of office supplies to ensure that adequate resources are available to support the office effectively. You will also monitor and evaluate budgeting, expenditure payments, stock procurement, and general OpEx business operation duties to ensure resources are utilized efficiently and appropriately. Additionally, you will manage special administrative projects at the office and DOH organization-level.

**Work Schedule and Additional Information**:

- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch.
- ** Telework**:You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, with three days in the office per week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.

**Minimum Experience and Training Requirement**:

- Two years of experience in varied office management or staff work; and bachelor's degree; or any equivalent combination of experience and training.
