Morrow-Meadows Corporation is seeking a full-time Accounts Payable Administrator who will be responsible for processing and maintaining accounts payable invoices, process subcontract requests and change orders.

**_ Responsibilities:_**
- Process invoices
- Code invoices
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Ability to process and follow-up on rush items
- Special projects as assigned
- Answer phones
- Break reception desk as needed
- Pantry restock and clean

**_Requirements:_**
- 2-4 years’ experience in an office environment performing similar responsibilities
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to prioritize work assignments
- Eye for detail and accuracy is imperative
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Computer skills as follows: Intermediate level in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook), 10-key skills and typing a minimum of 40 wpm
