Pictura was founded in Sweden in 1969, and opened its US Headquarters in 1980. The US HQ consist of around 20 full time employees, while the group in total is around 300 in Europe.
We are looking for a highly motivated full-time **Business Development Representative **to join our driven sales team in our office based in Woodland Park. The position offers a great platform to grow into potential Junior & Senior positions within the company.
**The primary objectives of your position will be responsible for**:
- Provide excellent customer service to current and potential clients, through confident communication
- Accurately order-processing and creating analytical planograms for proposals and customers
- Generate leads with targeted businesses, and qualify through various activities such as cold-calling, customer referrals, previous customers, and key-account research.
- Coordinating new product launches with the sales agents & product development with Sales Team
- Establish marketing and sales strategies along with the sales team.
- Ensure account information in CRM are accurate, entered & updated in a timely manner.
- Creating industry sell sheets for customers, representatives, and internal uses.
- Creating, developing, and strengthening relationships with our 100+ Nationwide Sales Agents.
- Analyze company sales data and produce reports for management team and sales agents
- Analyze product data and specific design productivity and execute strategies from acquired information
**Job Requirements**:
- **Confidence on being on the phone - this role requires self-motivation consistency of sales calls**:
- Previous customer service experience or inside sales experience
- Sales experience is not required, but is preferred
- Strong communication skills: As a person you enjoy meeting new people of all ages and demographics. Establishing new relationships comes naturally for you.
- Ability to handle various tasks even if repetitive.
- You are keen to take on new challenges and responsibilities within your position.
- You are proficient with technology, including search engines, excel, CRMs and other computer-based software.
- You have a small-business mentality and have no issues engaging in activities beyond your everyday role to assist the business.
