**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and proofreading documents.
- Assist in maintaining office organization and tidiness.
- Support front desk operations by greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Utilize Google Suite for various administrative tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus.

Pay: $16.91 - $18.90 per hour
