Land Mobile Radio Installation Tech

**Responsibilities**:
- Install, configure, and maintain land mobile radio (LMR) systems for public safety agencies, government organizations, and private companies.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their communication needs and Install customized LMR solutions.
- Mount antennas, install coaxial cables, and set up base stations and repeaters.
- Conduct system testing, alignment, and optimization to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to LMR equipment.
- Provide training to end-users on LMR system operation and maintenance.
- Keep accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification in LMR installation or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in reading technical diagrams and schematics.
- Experience with various LMR equipment, including handheld radios, mobile units, and repeaters.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
