The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that meet the business needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Expertise
    • Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Visual Force, and Lightning components.
    • Design and implement data models, workflows, and business processes using Salesforce features such as SOQL, SOSL, and Chatter APIs.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs.
    • Provide operational support and maintenance for Salesforce applications, including troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and best practices.
  • Leadership and Collaboration
    • Lead and mentor junior developers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
    • Collaborate with other technical teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
Requirements
  • Technical Requirements
    • 10+ years of IT experience working in the US for US companies.
    • 7+ years of recent experience as a Senior Salesforce developer.
    • Experience with development tools and techniques, including Veeva, Apex, custom development, triggers, controllers, SOAP and REST APIs, JSON, sObjects, SOQL, SOSL, Chatter APIs, outbound messaging, and creating Visual Force pages.
    • Experience with Veeva and Apex code, JavaScript code, and Lightning components for custom apps built on top of the Salesforce platform.
    • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud, specifically with the data model, functionality.
    • Experience with user security and roles/permissions, custom objects, custom workflows, validation rules, triggers, process builder, application version control, and deployment procedures.
  • Business Requirements
    • Experience working across multiple technical and analytical areas with technologies such as Azure Cloud, Snowflake, ADF/Databricks, SAP HANA, Mulesoft APIs, and OKTA.
    • Experience with providing operational support to Salesforce and various managed packages installed on the Salesforce platform such as ERP, Web, and Mobile Apps, and Telematics.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce Certified Developer 2 and up.
  • Experience with Salesforce implementation, validation, tuning, and improvement.
