Medical Practice Manager

This is practice manager position for Park Central Anesthesia (PCA) group based out of Phoenix, Arizona. The Practice Manager reflects the mission, vision, and values of PCA, adheres to the organization’s code of ethics, complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards of PCA and of our contracted facilities. The practice manager will work closely with the executive committee to ensure smooth operation of Park Central Anesthesia, a group of over 20 Anesthesiologists and 12 CRNAs. The practice manager will work to position PCA as the premier Anesthesiology group in the valley.

The practice manger will oversee the implementation of group initiatives, and act a liaison with practice providers, group leadership and hospital administration. The practice manager will serve as the primary source of contact and communication for physicians and CRNA within the group. The practice manager will respond to requests, explores and resolves problems that arise within daily operations of the group.

The practice manger will perform daily scheduling and resolve scheduling conflicts that arise during daily operations. The practice manger will set up and maintain the yearly vacation scheduling calendar. The practice manager will set up the yearly health insurance plan for the group that best reflects the needs of the group.

The practice manger will be expected to oversee all PCAs business office activities, evaluates the financial performance of the department, oversees purchasing of goods and approves deviations from the budget under direction of the executive committee. The practice manager will generate monthly billing reports for all members, and work closely with the billing company to keep track of delinquent and uncollected billing. The practice manager will generate and maintain in logs, the daily expected revenue/ unit statement for each member.

The practice manager will work with credentialing departments to facilitate urgent credentialing, identify and submit deficient records, renew privileges for members, and notify providers of missing licensure/ certifications.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
