**Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- **Ensure compliance with all safety requirements.**:

- **Ensure compliance with all applicable QMS requirements.**:

- **Provide daily coaching, oversight, training, and performance feedback to the team to ensure all performance goals are achieved.**:

- **Write and administer employee performance reviews.**:

- **Promote owner mindset and employee empowerment by ensuring that standardized work processes are established, followed and countermeasures are implemented.**:

- **Create a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging participation among the production team.**:

- **Perform assigned job functions in a manner that meets or exceeds specified quality standards and required productivity metrics for the job assigned.**:

- **Responsible to meet daily tooling, material, schedule, and PM requirements.**:

- **Responsible to identify necessary resources to meet internal and external customer requirements.**:

- **Ensure adherence to processes and procedures.**:

- **Monitor all production processes and update as necessary.**:

- **Lead or delegate the SQDIPC meetings and activities.**:

- **Review and determine approval of employee PTO requests.**:

- **Review and approve employee timecards.**:

- **Provide a monthly department status.**:
**Skills and Abilities**
- Ability to understand a broad range of extrusion equipment functions.
- Strong technical skills demonstrated through prior experience and career progression.
- Strong organizational skills required.
- Demonstrated ability to use critical thinking to quickly resolve problems.
- Strong written and verbal two-way communication skills.
- Forward-thinking - identify and anticipate issues and bring others along to proactively address.
- Ability to coach and develop others

**Education and Experience Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or relevant degree is preferred; in lieu of degree additional experience may be required.
- A minimum of 10+ years firsthand experience in an operation’s or quality role.
- Experience in the medical device manufacturing industry preferred.
