**Responsibilities**:
As the Event Operations Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the success of our sports events. Your role is pivotal in shaping the caliber of our events and ensuring operational excellence. You'll closely collaborate with high-profile sports venues and our internal teams to:

- Lead and participate in monthly events, orchestrating operations and providing guidance to event operations staff.
- Help to coordinate volleyball and basketball court transportation and installation at venues across the country.
- Oversee and manage all facets of event operations, encompassing planning, team coordination, staffing, content creation, training, and travel logistics.
- Collaborate directly with operational contacts within NFL, NBA, MLB, MLS Stadium Venues to ensure operational requirements are effectively conveyed to clients.
- Act as a bridge between venues and Playbook coordinators/event managers, ensuring seamless execution.
- Elevate customer satisfaction by transforming events into unforgettable experiences that resonate with participants.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuously testing new ideas to enhance the overall event journey.
- Help to manage staff operations, roles, and payment for full-time and part-time event staff.
- Manage content production for Playbook Sports' social media, posting on-site visuals, videos, and testimonials.
- Supervise the dissemination of Playbook Sports event content across various social media platforms and our website.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Sports Management, Operations, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven track record in event operations and management, preferably within the sports domain.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal teams, venue contacts, and clients.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, adept at navigating complex event logistics.
- Creative mindset with a passion for enhancing event experiences.
- Familiarity with social media content production and management.
- Willingness to work nights and weekends as events demand, and travel frequently to diverse event locations.
- Experience with trucking logistics/coordination is a plus.
