- You will determine allocation of resources for facilities projects or programs.

**Qualifications**:
**Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. **Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Planning, organizing, and coordinating space utilization to determine proper balance between resource requirements and availability; 2) Making recommendations to assign buildings, classrooms, and training areas to maximize asset utilization; 3) Developing, reviewing, and coordinating administrative space modification requests and building alterations/ repairs; 4) Coordinating and overseeing work performance by Public Works and Facility personnel for trouble calls and minor work within the command.

**Education**:
**In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience**:
Successful completion of a Ph.D. or equivalent graduate degree in engineering, industrial arts, property management, or business administration

Successful completion of three full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to a doctoral degree in engineering, industrial arts, property management, or business administration
- or_
- or_
A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience

This is an obligated position. The former incumbent has return rights to this position under PL 86-585.

Term appointments may be extended up to 8 years at the discretion of management and in accordance with applicable regulations. Additionally, you may be noncompetitively converted to a permanent career-conditional or career appointment under specific conditions.

A 40-hour work week is typical for this position.
