- Certify all products shipped to match the pick list assigned and are in good quality condition.
- Photograph all products shipped to customers for validation of accuracy and report all discrepancies to the Inventor Supervisor
- Validate all shipped and received products of accuracy and report all discrepancies to the Inventory Supervisor.
- Process waste reports and report all discrepancies to the Supervisor.
- Daily reconciliation with plant supervisor.
- Execute cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
- Receive Customer returns, validate that the product returned is the same as reported, and manage the process to completion
- Repack damaged products that is deemed sellable in new boxes, palletize, and return to inventory
- Identify product for destruction due to damages or obsolete and after proper authorization is received manage complete destruction process
- Manage all inventory in Distribution center is properly identified and is in the accurate location
- Review inventory hold list for possible identification and update of accurate locations
- Validate all waste delivered by production to scrap room has the correct weight recorded on the reports
- Identify and report all safety hazards
- Participate in Physical Inventory counts
- Perform daily checklist on all equipment used
- Clean warehouse area as assigned and deposit trash from assigned area in dumpster
- Keep records and files on all responsible areas
- All other duties as assigned by your supervisor
- Practice and abide by all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Understand general operation of all equipment.
- Notify supervisors of any food safety concerns.
- Practices (GMPs)
- Understand Critical Control Points (HACCP)
- Support Food Safety Culture
- Forklift Certification (Sit down and stand up forklift)
- 6 months experience as a Fork Lift Operator
- Warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Flexible schedule and shift (day or night)
- Inventory management experience
- Able to lift and maneuver cases over 20lbs occasionally
- Able to perform basic math
- Read and write English
- WMS experience preferred but not required
- Oracle experience preferred but not required
- Knowledge in Microsoft Outlook
- Knowledge in Microsoft Excel
