Our regular work schedule is M-F 8AM-4:30PM.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Have strong leadership qualities and have the ability to teach, guide, implement and develop team.
- Lead the team that Fabricates control panels and enclosures from prints/schematics.
- Maintain red line drawing mark-ups of changes required during fabrication.
- Communicate red-line changes to Engineers or Team Leader for revision before completion.
- Lead the assigned projects including assembly of parts and components, position, align, and fasten units to assemblies, subassemblies, or frames using hand and power tools.
- Lead a team of Fabrication Technicians to optimize performance while coaching, training, and developing individuals within the team.
- Develops, modifies, and implements processes and procedures to drive a culture focused on safety, quality, and time and budget delivery.
- Provides direction and prioritization to the team through planning, scheduling, design review, and quality control.
- Responsible for hiring, developing, evaluating, time off, and disciplining by company policies.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to fulfill customer needs and resolve customer issues.
- Maintains a safe and clean work environment.
- Ensures all production equipment and tools are safely utilized and maintained.
- Investigate issues and develop solutions; prepare reports; make recommendations to management.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Prior supervisory experience.

**Experience**:

- 3+ years managing or supervising a fabrication department.
- Ability to read and understand schematics/blueprints, and work instructions.
- 3+ years of knowledge of programming CNC and robotic equipment.
